No dates or times other than those shown in your booking report are confirmed. Sponsor has the responsibility to make a request to the Lifestyle Manager in advance for any changes, additions or cancellations. Failure to give advance notice in the case of cancellations may jeopardize future booked dates.
If you wish to continue your booking, it is the Sponsor’s responsibility to notify the Lifestyle Manager during the last 4 weeks of your confirmed dates. HOA#2 reserves the right to modify or terminate this booking if low attendance does not justify continuation of the activity. HOA#2 reserves the right to cancel and or reschedule any reservation in the case of a revenue generating event. Advance notice will be given when possible.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE may be brought into this facility at any time an it is the responsibility of the Sponsor to enforce this rule. This activity will be open only to SaddleBrooke HOA#1 and HOA#2 residents. If non-residents are attending, there may be a room charge incurred.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY THE DAY OF YOUR MEETING/EVENT. Payment is due for any charges incurred by the day of your meeting/event or the Responsible Party for the group/club SaddleBrooke member account will be charged the following day for the full amount.
Agreement also means you may be notified by email from SaddleBrooke HOA#2 for communication regarding your club activities.
