    Empowering Youth through Global Engagement
  • Join us on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 4–5 PM PT for an inspiring session on "Empowering Youth through Global Engagement."

The Global Classroom team will highlight ways students and educators can engage globally through programs like the World Citizen Essay Contest, IVLP Classroom, and free curriculum resources designed to bring global learning into classrooms. We’ll also spotlight the World Educator Award, where students can nominate teachers who have inspired their global curiosity and learning.

We’re excited to be joined by our partners from OneWorld Now!, who will share opportunities for high school students to join after-school language programs and participate in transformative international travel experiences.

Don’t miss this opportunity to explore how young people and educators across Washington can connect with the world!
