The barbell class is different from the other classes at F&F. Each person sets their lifting goals and then receives a specific workout plan weekly to help them reach those goals. Therefore, the class requires commitment to attending consistently at least once a week. The cycles are 6, 8, or 12 weeks long. Are you willing to commit to that?
