A Salesforce Agentblazer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. They leverage Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and integration frameworks to extend Salesforce functionality and deliver tailored business solutions aligned with organizational strategy.

A Salesforce Agentblazer works closely with Solution Architects, Administrators, and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into high-quality, maintainable code and configuration. They ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

They provide thoughtful leadership and technical guidance throughout the design, development, testing, and deployment phases to deliver secure, performant, and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Flow Builder.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform events.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and stakeholders to validate requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
• Participate in technical design sessions, developing detailed technical solution documentation, and ensuring alignment with Salesforce standards.
• Conduct unit testing, perform code reviews, and assist in automated testing and CI/CD processes.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance of existing Salesforce solutions and integrations.
• Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational and Salesforce policies.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and development best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II preferred.
• 3+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce Platform (PD2 level typically 5+ years).
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC/Aura, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, custom metadata, custom settings, and Lightning App Builder.
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment lifecycle (Change Sets / SFDX / DevOps).
• Experience with Git-based source control and modern DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
