    Toast on the Coast takes place on Saturday, September 26, 2026 from 4pm to 9pm. Food Service in the General Admission and VIP areas is from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. We are expecting approximately 900 attendees. Each restaurant is to bring enough food tastings for at least 500 people. (We will provide updated headcount closer to the event if it exceeds current estimations.) SET UP: 2:00pm to 4:00pm
  • Please complete this form no later than Aug 1st, 2026 to secure your spot.  *Space is limited and will be honored on a first come first served basis.

    • Food tastings for a minimum of 500 attendees

    • Serving Equipment (Spoon, Spatula, etc.)
    • Serving Dishes (Chafing dishes, etc.)
    • Cooler for Ice (if needed)
    • Item for Golden Ticket Raffle - examples include: dinner for 4, gift card, gift basket with swag, etc.
