2026 Friendly Frogs Spring Warm Up Practices
Welcome to Friendly's spring warm-up practices! Fill out this form to sign up and submit your payment for spring practices.

Practices are open to current Friendly Pool members from preschoolers through graduating high school seniors. Swimmers must be able to swim independently to participate. Spring warm-ups are not swim lessons. They are training for the summer swim team. Kids who cannot yet swim independently can sign up for the free group swim lessons are offered at Friendly Park in June.

Cost is $90 PER FAMILY.

Practices run from Sunday, March 8, 2026 to Saturday, May 16, 2026. They will be at UNCG on Saturdays and Greensboro College on Sundays. There will be no practice on Easter weekend and Mother's Day.

Practice times are as follows:

12:00-12:30pm - New to competitive summer swim (all ages)
12:30-1:00pm - Experienced 8 & unders
1:00-2:00pm - Experienced 9 & older

*Registering for spring warm up does not require you to join Friendly Swim Team.
