Once we receive your documents, our team will:

Review your financial information
Determine your cost per visit based on eligibility

Step 3: Appointment Scheduling
After we complete our review, we will contact you within 3 business days or less to schedule your appointment.

Step 4: Prescription Assistance (If Needed)
We also work with a pharmacy that offers discounted prescription medications to help ensure you have access to the medications you need.
