Before submitting your withdrawal application, please take a moment to review the Policy on Former Trainees Seeking to Reregister.

We recommend that you download and save any copies of your assessments before completing the online withdrawal form. Once your trainee status is withdrawn, these assessments will no longer be accessible. Please note: an administrative fee will apply if you wish to request the assessment copies after your withdrawal.

Depending on the training requirements and assessments you have already completed, you may be eligible for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) towards relevant components of the ACEM Emergency Medicine Associateship Training Programs. This provides an opportunity to obtain a formal qualification in Emergency Medicine based on your prior training.
