This form is to be used by clubs wishing to apply for a sanctioned Club Invitational in 2026.
General Information

First round event applications should be submitted prior to close of business on Wednesday 12th November 2025. Following this date, applications will be sent to Technical Committees for approval. Applications will open after this for continued approval however, dates cannot be guaranteed if not included in the first round applications. Please ensure that you have checked your dates against the GV event dates for any potential date clashes.

All applicants are required to nominate 3 date preferences. Clubs who do not supply 3 preferred dates may not gain their preferred date. Enter the first event date for each preference (Please note that Opening and closing dates will be adjusted according to the preference allocated).
