    ÖJAB GOES CLASSIC

A classical chamber music concert for charity.
  • Music is more than just sound—it is expression, encounter, and a human right.

As a social and non-profit association, ÖJAB (the Austrian Young Workers’ Movement) has been committed to education, opportunity, and solidarity for decades—in Austria and worldwide. With the project “ÖJAB GOES CLASSIC” we now want to focus on the unifying power of music.

ÖJAB GOES CLASSIC is a charity project that promotes classical music among young people and does good at the same time. As part of a benefit chamber music concert, committed young musicians perform to combine their passion for music with social engagement.

The donations collected will benefit two important initiatives:

    • ÖJAB's development cooperation in Burkina Faso, which gives young people there access to education and training,
    • and the Lang Lang International Music Foundation, which supports talented young musicians on their artistic journey.

At the end of the concert, all participants will receive a certificate signed by ÖJAB as a token of appreciation for their contribution to this social and cultural project.

All chamber music groups are cordially invited to apply and become part of this special initiative.

Together, we can show how music connects people—across borders.
