Complete and submit the form with the following required information: full name, full home address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. Your entry must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible. Each valid submission will earn one (1) entry into the Grand Prizes drawing.
All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Winning entrants will be contacted by text message or email. Prizes will be sent via mail. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, unreadable, corrupted, late, lost, misdirected, or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Entry Limit
You may submit one (1) entry per day during the Promotion Period. Only one entry per person and per email address is allowed. Attempts to submit more than the permitted number of entries - whether by using multiple email addresses, accounts, identities, or automated methods - will result in all related entries being void and may lead to disqualification.
In the event of a dispute, the authorized account holder of the email address used to submit the entry will be deemed the entrant. The authorized account holder may be required to provide proof of ownership of the email address.
