RELEASE: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants, and spectators, by execution of this entry form release and discharge Tallahassee Region Antique Automobile Club of America (TRAACA) and its officials, directors, volunteers, representatives, members, and anyone else connected with management or the presentation of The Tallahassee Springtime Car Show (the "Event") (the "Released Parties") of any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgements and or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant to his person or property, including any losses caused by the negligence or strict liability of the Released Parties. Furthermore, each entrant expressly agrees that they will not sue or make a claim against the Released Parties for injuries and/or damages sustained as a result of participating in The Event and will

indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from all claims, judgements, and cost, including attorney fees, incurred in any connection with any activities that may be brought as a result of participation in The Event. This release also prevents the entrant's spouse, heirs, and assigns from pursuing any legal action or claim. The entrant agrees to observe all rules and decisions of The Event. I hereby authorize Tallahassee Region Antique Car Club of America to use my name, photo(s), and or likeness for promotional purposes.
