Hey there! Before you begin, here are a few things to note:  

This form is NOT a way to communicate with Sasha. If you need to ask a question or need to change a detail of your appointment please call or text at 615-543-6650 or email at tat2vandal@gmail.com.
Please set aside 10-15 minutes to complete BOTH STEPS IN THEIR ENTIRETY. The quality of your experience depends on this.
UPON SUBMITTING THIS APPOINTMENT REQUEST, YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE EMAILED A BOOKING LINK to immediately place yourself in Sasha's books. Failure to act quickly might mean that another client could end up with your desired appointment slot!

Sasha's pricing is simply based on the size of each tattoo. You can expect $250-$300 for palm-sized, $400-$500 for hand-sized, or $600+ for anything larger than a hand. Sasha also has a $1200 day rate if you'd like to get a few tattoos done in one sitting and would like a day set aside just for you! Sasha also has a minimum of $100 for a tattoo.

1) Secure your spot with a deposit.

This $100 deposit confirms your appointment and acts as a down payment for your tattoo. Please note the following:

Deposits are non-refundable.
Sasha reserves the right to terminate appointments or continuation of a tattoo for troublesome clients.
You may reschedule and keep your deposit as long as Sasha has 48-hour notice. Please give notice via call or text to Sasha at: (615) 543-6650. If someone is repeatedly late, that is grounds for Sasha canceling an appointment.
Any no-shows, cancellations, etc. will forfeit their deposit, and in some circumstances, pay an additional fee to reschedule.

2) Tell Sasha about your tattoo.

Please make sure you fill out this form completely. The time and effort you put into this information means less time emailing, and more time tattooing!
