I, the undersigned client, voluntarily agree to participate in energy healing sessions with Rebecca Eagles. I understand and acknowledge the following:

Nature of Services
Energy healing is a holistic and complementary practice that may involve techniques such as Reiki, sound therapy, chakra balancing, or other forms of energy work.
These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or other licensed healthcare treatment. Rebecca Eagles does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical conditions. I am advised to continue care with my physician or licensed healthcare provider for any medical or psychological concerns.

Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that while energy healing is generally considered safe, experiences may vary, and results are not guaranteed.
I assume full responsibility for my physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after sessions.
I understand that any discomfort, emotional release, or sensations that may occur are a natural part of the process.

Liability Release
I release, waive, and discharge the Practitioner from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action related to my participation in energy healing sessions.
I agree not to hold Rebecca Eagles responsible for any decisions I make regarding my health, lifestyle, or treatment.
This waiver extends to Rebecca Eagles’ heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

Confidentiality
I understand that all information shared during sessions will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law, except in cases where disclosure is required (e.g., imminent harm, court order).

Recording Policy
I understand that audio, video, or digital recording of sessions is not permitted without the express written consent of Rebecca Eagles. This policy is intended to protect the privacy of both the client and practitioner, as well as the integrity of the healing process. Unauthorized recording may result in termination of services and may result in legal action.

Refund Policy
All energy healing sessions with Rebecca Eagles are non-refundable. By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept that outcomes may vary and are not guaranteed, as energy healing is a holistic and individualized process. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions, missed appointments, or perceived lack of results. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee at the discretion of Rebecca Eagles.

Consent
I am at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent).
I have read and understood this waiver and consent form.
I voluntarily agree to receive energy healing services and accept the terms outlined above.
