This form is for online registration with payment options. If you would like to register and/or pay by cash/cheque please give to Julie on Sundays, or during the week at the church office.
The cost is $10 per person (maximum of $40 per immediate family) plus a salad or dessert. Payment must be received by Nov 21st. Childcare is provided for children (toddlers - grade 3).
We would ask that each family bring a salad or dessert that will serve 8-10 people.
