Take part!
We’re aiming to collect 100 pieces of art this year, and we want you to be part of it!
To help make that happen, we’re offering a limited number of free 6x6 canvases (limit two per artist) while supplies last. You can request canvases through this registration form, and we’ll contact you to confirm availability and arrange pickup. (We expect most to go by the end of October, so register early!)
We’ll also feature a People’s Choice Award at this year's event, with a small prize for the winner! If selected, you’ll be contacted using the information provided on this form.

When: Festive First Friday (Friday, December 5) from 6-9 PM
This year’s 6x6 is a fundraiser supporting WAC’s mission to uplift and serve our local artistic communities. 100% of all sales will go directly to WAC programs and initiatives.
Artwork Details
- All pieces will be sold for $30 each.
- Artwork does not need to be recent. Show some love to your older pieces!
- Works will likely be displayed on tables, not walls, so hang-ready IS NOT required.
- All mediums welcome!
- Frames are optional, but pieces must measure no larger than 6x6 inches, including the frame if used.
- There’s no jurying process. Everyone is welcome to participate!
- You may submit multiple pieces. However, if submissions exceed available space, not all may appear at the physical event. Any unshown works will still be featured in the post-event online shop.
- Unsold pieces will be available online at a discounted price
Drop-Off & Deadlines
- You must complete this registration form to participate.
- Drop off artwork at our office (377 Shadowline Dr) during regular hours (Monday-Thursday, 9 AM-5 PM) through December 1. Please note holiday closures, as hours may vary. Email admin@watauga-arts.org if you're unsure of when you should stop by for drop off.
- Late submissions (without prior communication) will not be accepted.
- Each piece must be labeled on the back with your Full Name, Artwork Title, and Medium.
