Thank you for your interest in vending at the 3rd Annual Melanated Wholistic Wellness Fair. This event is rooted in wholistic wellness, community care, cultural celebration, and economic empowerment. We’re committed to curating a vendor village that reflects these values.

TMWWF will take place at Johnson C. Smith University (New Science Center) in Charlotte, NC, on Saturday, October 18, 2025.

All vendors will go through a selection process. Each business category has a limited number of spaces. If selected, you will be sent an email invoice to make your payment. Your vendor slot will be reserved for 15 days. To secure your spot, we encourage you to complete payment promptly once you are selected to avoid possible forfeiture. Vendor fees range from $145 to $225, depending on your vendor type, business category, etc. Payments must be made online and will include a 5.2% processing fee.*
