We are open 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and operate by appointment only. While we are open during these hours, all drop-offs and pick-ups must be scheduled for a specific time. Hours may vary depending on availability. In rare cases where your dog must be picked up or dropped off outside of these hours, an additional early or late check-in/out fee will apply.

On holidays, drop-offs and pick-ups are only available during the designated hours listed above. Early or late arrivals cannot be accommodated on these dates. All holiday bookings require confirmed appointments, as hours are limited.

We provide everything your dog will need during their stay, cozy beds, chews, treats, bowls, and more. The only items required are your dog’s food (enough for the duration of the stay) and a standard leash, you are welcome to bring any special treats or chews. Please do not bring toys, crates, dog beds, or retractable leashes for safety and sanitary reasons.

250 E Steele Ford Rd, Greenfield, IN 46140 is our address. When entering directions, please make sure your route comes in from State Road 9. The other end of Steele Ford Rd no longer connects, but GPS systems still think it does and may try to send you to the wrong side of the creek. If your map takes you there instead, you’ll notice the route to our home is about 6 minutes away. This happens more often than not, so please double check your route before you head out. You’re in the right place when you see a driveway leading to a standalone house surrounded by open fields.

When you pull up our driveway, we welcome you and your dog right through the front door of our home for both drop-off and pick-up. We’ll take a moment to review your dog’s routine, confirm any special instructions, and help your pup settle in comfortably. We do not introduce new dogs to other dogs right away, as we always allow time for them to relax and adjust first.

Please arrive within 5-10 minutes of your scheduled drop-off or pick-up time. Because we often have multiple arrivals and departures throughout the day, staying within your scheduled window helps us keep the environment calm and positive for every dog in our care. If you cannot arrive at your scheduled time, please notify us as soon as possible so we can adjust and find a time that works better for everyone.

Maple Place is run full-time by Naomi and Clancy, a husband-and-wife team dedicated to giving every dog the best care, love, and attention. You may also meet Lilly, a trusted part of our team who stays and helps with care when needed. If she greets you at the door, you can feel confident knowing your dog is in excellent hands. Together, we keep Maple Place small, personal, and intentional — every dog is cared for like family.

We’ll send you an invoice the day before pickup so you know your total ahead of time. Payment is due at pickup, but you’re always welcome to take care of it early if that’s easier for you. We can provide an estimate when you book, but the final amount may change if drop-off or pickup times shift, or if additional services are added during the stay.

We offer a complete brush-out, bath, and blow dry so your pup can head home looking and feeling their best. A brush-out removes tangles and loose hair, the bath leaves their coat fresh and clean, and the blow dry helps them feel soft, fluffy, and comfortable. This is a great option if you’d like your dog to be clean after playtime & boarding, before heading home.
