I/We warrant that I/we am the sole author(s) of the above titled play and have the right to authorize production by Spokane Civic Theatre, Inc. should this work be selected for the BRYAN HARNETIAUX PLAYWRIGHTS’ FORUM FESTIVAL. If my/our play is selected for production, I/we authorize Spokane Civic Theatre to produce this work in June 2026, without payment of royalties. The type of production and number of performances will be solely at the discretion of Spokane Civic Theatre. I/we understand that I/we otherwise retain all rights to the above titled work.
