Pachena Bay Music Festival is a true west coast experience. It's an adventure just getting here. The festival is nestled beside Bamfield BC, on the modern and traditional territories of the Huu-ay-aht First Nations.
The Festival takes place July 17-19th 2026.
Pachena Bay Music Festival is committed to creating a unique and exciting immersive vibe for our attendees. This extends to our artisan vendors. We are encouraging vendors to step away from the single booth in a pop-up tent, and instead, create something unique and enticing.
What we're looking for
-Unique quality items that will sell at Pachena Bay Festival
-Creative and aesthetically attractive vending stalls
-Products that are culturally aware and have sustainability in mind
-Vendors that are prepared for west coast weather

Artisan Vendor Applications close on Dec 15, 2025
All successful applicants will be responded to by January 15 2026
Once applicant is confirmed vendor fee is due

Artisan Vendor Stall Prices
Large Store $1000 plus gst (size negotiated)
Medium Store $800 plus gst (10x20)
Small Store $650 plus gst (10x10)
Fee Includes
-15 AMP allotment of power
-Camping behind Artisan vendor booth (or in general camping)
-1 Artisan Vendor ticket & 1 parking pass
Stalls may buy up to 3 additional general admission staff tickets ($420 plus fees & taxes)
Space is limited at Pachena Bay please be aware of this when applying.
