MOM TO MOM SELLER/RENTER TABLE AGREEMENT

Saturday, November 15, 2025 | 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
• Seller/Renter fees are non-refundable.
• SETUP: Setup will take place on Friday, November 14, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and again on Saturday, November 15, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. It is encouraged that the seller/renter arrive and check in by 9:00 a.m. to ensure your table is fully prepared, as doors will open promptly at 10:00 a.m. at the entrance of Calvin Hall.
At check-in, seller/renter will receive a table number and table location along with large item room ticket(s).
• Seller/Renter must arrive at the sale to set up by 9:00 a.m. NO REFUNDS will be given for no-shows.
• BREAKDOWN: Seller/Renter must begin breakdown at 2 p.m. and be done by 3 p.m. Seller/Renter will also be responsible for cleaning your area after the sale, and it must be in the same condition as it was upon setup.
• Seller/Renter must have an adult (age 18 or older) at their table to sell items to shoppers for the entire length of the sale (10 a.m.-2 p.m.)
• Seller/Renter may only sell items that pertain to babies and children, including clothing, toys, books, and accessories.
• Seller/Renter will be provided with one rectangular 8' table ($30) or one rectangular 6' table ($25) and up to 2 chairs. Seller/Renter must keep items in the area assigned to you and not have items protruding out into the walkways, where they could cause injury to someone. You may purchase additional tables.) If a table cover is desired, you must provide your own.
• If rack space is requested, you will be provided with 3' of additional space to one side of your table to allow for a rack. You will be charged $5 per rack; however, you must provide your own rack. Racks must be kept in line with the front of your table to fully utilize aisle space for shoppers
• Sellers/Renters are responsible for transporting their items to the sale. Organizers will NOT have carts or dollies available for use.
• Seller/Renter is expected to provide their own change and their own bags.
• Seller/renter is also expected to act as their own security for items that they bring to sell. We will not be responsible if money or items are stolen from a seller.
• Large Item Room: There will be a large item room for items too large for your table space. There will be a $2 charge for large items payable at check-in. Space for large items may be limited and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• If you bring children with you to the sale, you are responsible for your own childcare and for keeping them supervised at your table at all times.
• Seller/Renter is responsible for pricing and tagging your own items, and arranging them in an attractive and orderly manner.
• Seller/Renter is expected to stay until 2 p.m.
• Once payment is received, a confirmation e-mail will be sent

• Concessions with coffee, drinks, and snacks will be available for purchase during the sale.
