Terms and Agreement:To reserve your event date, a non‑refundable deposit may be required. This deposit secures your date on our calendar and covers initial administrative and preparation costs. All deposits must be paid within 24–48 hours of booking. Dates are not considered reserved until the deposit is received. We will not hold any dates without a deposit being paid successfully. Once your booking is confirmed, final payment details will be emailed to you, followed by an invoice. Please provide the name and contact information of your designated day‑of contact at least 24 hours before the event. Our team will arrive 1–2 hours prior to the scheduled start time for setup. Kindly ensure adequate parking space is available to accommodate a 6x12 food trailer and a 10x10 tent. Ordering will close 30 minutes before the event ends.
