Once you complete the booking form: Our office will 1) Verify hunt and hunter information and then 2) Send an invoice and deposit amount needed to book your hunt. Hunts are not considered "Booked" until payment is received.
Prices do not include tax and licenses that are paid directly to the state of New Mexico.
DEPOSIT & RESERVATIONS:
BOOKINGS PRIOR TO JANUARY 1ST - We require a 50% deposit, 25% due within 10 days of invoice and 25% due on or before January 15th. The remaining hunt balance is due on or before June 1st.
BOOKINGS BETWEEN JANUARY 1ST & JUNE 1ST - We require a 50% non-refundable deposit within 10 days of invoice. The remaining hunt balance is due on or before June 1st.
BOOKINGS AFTER JUNE 1ST - We require payment in full for the hunt total within 10 days of invoice. Purchased hunts after June 1st are non-refundable

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY
- If you have to cancel prior to January 15th, deposits are refundable (less a 10% administration fee for the full deposit amount). After January 15th deposits are non-refundable if you cancel.
- If you need to cancel no more than 90 days before the hunt arrival date, your hunt can be postponed and your deposit applied to a future year dependent on availability.
- If you need to postpone your Adventure Hunt to a future year there will be a $500 fee to do this. This fee and any price increase or amount of discount needed for us to sell your original hunt will be added to your hunt balance.
- If ElkBros Adventures cancels the hunt, then your deposit will be refunded in full.
