Season:Our season runs from May 1- November 1 (unless the ground freezes prior). No one is permitted on site outside of those dates without permission from the owners. The campground is now for seasonal campers only. 2024 campers are invited to the upcoming season first, new campers are put on a waiting list.
Deposit: Your non-refundable deposit is due by October 27th. This goes towards your winter storage, holding your site for next years and gets applied towards your final balance.
Balance: Your final payment is due no later than MAY 1st. Payment plans are accepted and need to be worked out with the owners as soon as possible so that the final payment is received at the start of the season. Payment plans can be spread out from December 1 – May 1.
Payments: We accept cash, check and credit cards. Please make all checks out to "RR 100 Properites."
Electric: Each site has an electric meter. Meters will be read and billed electronically via email by the 1st of each month. Payments are due no later than the 5th of each month.
Honeywagon: Pump outs will be done complimentary once a week.
Guests: Let us know if you have guests joining you. We do not charge a "visitor fee" for guests coming in for the day. If your guests (18 and older) spend the night, there will be a $5 charge per person/per night. We have the right to limit the amount of guests per site. Speed limit is 5 MPH. Guests not following the rules or speed limit will be asked to leave.
Cancellation or Refunds: If you leave early or are asked to leave, you will forfeit your site and payment.
Quiet Hours: 10:30 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Vehicles: We may limit additional vehicles per campsite. Vehicles must not block the road or adjacent campsite(s). Speed limit is 5 MPH.
Children: Parents are responsible for their children's safety and behavior at all times on the grounds, bathhouse and pavilion. Do not allow children to play in the roadway, near or in the creek. Speed limit is 5 MPH.
Water: We limit washing of your camper on site once a season. Please wash your boats, cars, golf carts & utility vehicles at a local car wash.
Pets: We are pet friendly! But not POOP friendly! Animal waste must be picked up by the pet owner, or it will be left on your door step! (just kidding … kind of) Animals must be kept on a leash and may not be left unattended at campsite. Pets must be current on their rabies vaccinations.
Speed limit is 5 MPH - seriously.
Pavilion: All campers have access to the pavilion and kitchen. We have the right to reserve the kitchen for special circumstances and events. Anyone using the pavilion/kitchen must clean up after each use. Items left in the refrigerator must be labeled and removed upon checking out.
Restrooms and Showers: Campers must bring their own towels and toiletries. Personal items may not be left in the bathhouse.
Sites: Charcoal and propane grills are permitted. Fireworks are not allowed. Please keep your site clean.
Site Maintenance: CreekNWood will mow common areas. Please mow and weed whack your individual sites.
Gray Water Connections: Please ensure all gray water connections are capped - uncapped conncetions are a Department of Health violation and fines will be the campers responsibility.
Garbage: Please put all garbage in the dumpsters. Garbage is picked up twice a week.
Rentals: You may not put your camper up for rent at any time.
Alcohol: No one under 21 years old should have alcoholic beverages. Those consuming alcohol are responsible for themselves and will be asked to leave if they become an issue.
Creek: Playing, swimming, wadding in the creek is prohibited. We are not responsible for any injury or accidents as a result.
No Tolerance: Threats (verbal or physical) to owners or other campers will not be tolerated. Anyone causing disruption or not following the rules will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
Note: Campground is not liable or responsible for any property damage or injury that takes place on the grounds due to weather or natural occurrences. You must maintain your own insurance on vehicles, RV’s and golf carts. We are not responsible for loss, damages or claims to property of guests due to fire, theft, accident or any other cause. The management also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. No display of weapons such as firearms, knives, chains, etc. are permitted on property.
