To begin the research and development of the Client’s custom travel proposal for special events and group excursions, a non-refundable event planning fee of $150.00 is required.
This fee covers the Planner’s time, expertise, and access to professional travel resources necessary to create a unique and customized itinerary.

Once the travel proposal has been submitted to the Client, the fee becomes non-refundable, regardless of whether the Client proceeds with booking the trip.
