The initial travel consultation is provided at no cost. To begin the research and development of a customized travel proposal for special events or group excursions, a non-refundable event planning fee of $150.00 is required.

This fee covers the Planner’s time, expertise, and access to the professional travel resources necessary to design a unique and personalized itinerary.

Please note that once the travel proposal has been submitted to the Client, the planning fee becomes non-refundable, regardless of whether the Client chooses to move forward with booking the trip.
