    Individual Session Length: 60 or 90 minutes

    The 25th Annual Full Lives Conference is seeking proposals for break-out sessions inspired by this year’s theme:

    Honor the past, celebrate the present, advocate for the future

    Submissions should use evidence-based best practices to motivate and educate professionals working with Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority beneficiaries: people who need support due to behavioral health, developmental disabilities, substance misuse, Alzheimer’s and related dementia, and traumatic brain injuries.

    Audience: Full Lives participants are primarily direct support professionals, direct service providers, care coordinators, case managers, mental health clinicians and may include individuals (beneficiaries) and/or families receiving services. The focus of Full Lives is on the workforce audience that supports Trust beneficiaries.

    Notification: You will be notified by Bridget McCleskey, our conference coordinator, whether or not your proposal has been accepted. At that time, you will receive additional information. If you require a specific day or morning or afternoon to present, please add that to additional information field below.

    Each presentation will have a 60 or 90-minute time frame.

    COMPLETED PROPOSAL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 5 PM ON Monday, February 23, 2026.

  • PLEASE NOTE that for panel presentations there is a limit of 4 panelists. Include all contact information for each panelist below.

  • Proposal submission Packet MUST be complete. If additional space is needed please send a clearly identified email with additional information to Bridget, our conference coordinator at confcoor@gmail.com.

    • Presentation Discription: (200-250 words – can be typed in the space provided at the end of this form or submitted as a separate page) This should clearly explain the content of the proposed presentation. Presentations will be selected based on clarity and details submitted in this summary. Please include how your proposed presentation addresses this year’s theme:

  • Additional Information

    • All presenters will receive a complimentary registration on the day of their presentation and are offered a discounted registration to attend on the day(s) not presenting.

    • Presenters are responsible for any printed handouts or materials for their session.

    • Presentation room setup and specific items needed:
      Each room will have a projector, projection screen, AV cart with power, and connection to speakers. You are welcome to use/bring your personal computer for your presentation, if you need a laptop provided, please let us know. Please notify Bridget if you need additional items, such as a TV/VCR/DVD player, flip chart and markers.


    • Do you require reasonable accommodations? (i.e. large print materials, sign language interpreter,etc.) If yes, requests must be submitted no later than February 23, in order for the request to be completed in a timely manner. Someone will contact you regarding your request.
