Upon receipt of both the booking form and deposit, the show will be formally booked.

Your show date is currently held for 5 days, please ensure that the booking form and deposit are completed within this period.

(Please note that we will aim to arrive approx 45mins prior to the start of the show and require approx 30mins to set down the show at the end)

Please note that any parking charges are added to the balance due on the day.

*We strongly advise that for a discos a venue with a sound limiter can cause major disruption to the party and therefore suggest that you pick a venue that does not have a "Sound Limiter".

Deposit - upon receipt of this completed form, we will email you confirmation along with a request for the deposit. The deposit amount will be the amount mentioned on your email linking this booking along with any additional options that you choose below. Please click below the choice of payment for your deposit.

Please note that we no longer accept cheques for deposit or show payments. Deposits can be made via bank transfer (using your Internet Banking, Telephone banking etc) or by popping into an HSBC bank and paying cash directly into our account. Bank details will be emailed to you upon receipt of your booking form and deposit payments must be made within 5 working days of the email request to ensure that the date is held for your show.

Payment of the show is to be paid cash on the day or by Bank Transfer 3 days before the show date.

Music choices. Please list any favourite songs or artists that you would like featured in the show. The list can be as long or short as you wish;

Please note that cleared funds are required (cash) on the day of the party. I am very sorry but we can no longer accept cheque payments.

The deposit (advanced payment and cost for any extra options) are non refundable (Unless the booking is cancelled by Dancemasters). The Balance due on the day is required at the beginning of the show. Cash only is accepted for payments on the day.

In the event of the show being cancelled by the client, the deposit is non refundable. If the show is cancelled 7 days or less before the booked date, Dancemasters is entitled to the full show cost.

Dancemasters may use Laser Lighting for extra special effects to the show. If you would prefer that we do not use Laser lighting. Please choose "NO" in the box below. Please note that such lighting is in addition to the 3D Laser show should you have choosen to include the 3D Lasers or not.

Dancemasters may use Smoke and or Bubble effect machines for special effects to the show. Some machines could cause health problems to those with conditions such as respiratory problems. Please choose "NO" in any of the following boxes and we will not include in the show;
