Virginia Point of Clarity Notice: The Sovereign Have All Political Power
Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal and Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent
Means: that any person receiving the document shall be responsible for distributing it to the addressed government servants.
I, ___________________, one of the People, as seen in the 50 State Constitutions Sui Juris, do present this Notice that you provide due care to those with all political power, the People.
Please take Notice the People have assembled to consult for the common good and realize our duty and Authority to instruct our servants and trustees in all areas of government. In a Republican Form of government protects the Peoples' right to petition the government for the redress of grievances. (Bolded for emphasis) (See evidence below)
Virginia Constitution Article1 Text of Section 12: Freedom of Speech and of the Press; Right Peaceably to Assemble, and to Petition That the freedoms of speech and of the press are among the great bulwarks of liberty, and can never be restrained except by despotic governments; that any citizen may freely speak, write, and publish his sentiments on all subjects, being responsible for the abuse of that right; that the General Assembly shall not pass any law abridging the freedom of speech or of the press, nor the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for the redress of grievances.

Please take Final Notice it is my wish, order, and demand that you publicly acknowledge the Peoples' Inherent Right and Authority to instruct all our servants, trustees and agents of government by entering this Notice into the next meeting minutes and post this Notice within seven (7) days on _________. If you believe any of the above claims are untrue, rebut by affidavit, sworn under penalty of perjury, point by point, within seven (7) days, showing your Constitutional grant of Authority to usurp/infringe on the Peoples' Inherent Rights. Failure to respond means that by tacit acquiescence you agree all statements in this Notice are truth and fact in the law and agree to have these matters heard before an arbitrator of my choice, to be bound thereby, and agree that no court shall be able to rehear this matter, but it shall stand as evidence of truth in all courts of record.
