Hello!

We're glad you're planning to come to Handbell Camp in the afternoons/evenings next July! This registration form is for people who would like to come to camp and participate in some of our activities on Sunday night, and/or Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons, July 5-8, 2026.

Optional afternoon activities include taking classes, joining in sight-reading, eating dinner with us, observing individual choir rehearsal, and staying for the evening program. Please see the website for the schedule of specific classes that will be offered in 2026.

Please complete this online form AND the 2-page Liability and Health Information Form specific to the Heartland facility. Both the online form, and the 2-page Health form must be submitted for your registration to be complete.

Please right-click on the Heartland Center Medical Form below, and choose print. Then you'll be able to fill it out and send it to us.

This Health Form cannot be completed online. Once you have filled out the form, you can scan it and email it to Linda, or mail it to her home address listed in the payment section, or remember to bring it to camp with you.

Daily Registration Fees - If you are ONLY attending the sight-reading sessions, there is no charge. If you are including any other activities on any day, the charge is $35 per day.
