Note that all coaches at MFCC are bound by all codes of conduct and member protection policies as linked here. As well as bound by all child safety policies as linked here.

Note that submitting this form does NOT guarantee a coaching position at the club.

Coaches will be expected to sign an agreed code of conduct/expectation/contract if this application is successful.

MFCC committee has full discretion on the appointment of all club coaches at all levels both in competition and social teams/groups.

The WWC can be applied for after submitting this form if you do not have one, however you will not be allowed to coach any team of children under 18 years old, even if the team is mixed between over 18s and under 18s, until you have a valid WWC.

This applies to all coaches regardless of age.
