Please note that your 2025 Federal Tax form, as well as W-2 and any 1099 forms, are additionally required to complete the application process. This additional documentation is due no later than February 11, 2026. Your application is considered conditional until your family's income has been verified. Beber Camp reserves the right to alter or withdraw an offer of financial assistance if the information provided on this form does not match your family's tax information.

The first-round deadline for the financial aid process is November 14, 2025. Your application will be reviewed in late December, and you will be notified of your award by the end of January 2026.
