DB Liability Waiver 

By signing below, I acknowledge that participation in sports and physical activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury, and I voluntarily assume full responsibility for those risks. In consideration of being allowed to participate in any training, events, or activities organized by DB Performance, I release and hold harmless DB Performance, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from injury, loss, or damage resulting from my participation, including those caused by negligence. I also grant permission for DB Performance to use any photographs or videos taken of me during participation for promotional or marketing purposes, without compensation. I agree not to pursue legal action against DB Performance and to indemnify and hold them harmless against any such claims.
