To prepare your home for a new arrival, we advocate for the following professional protocols: Quarantine Measures: Maintain a temporary, respectful separation between your new puppy and existing household pets until a comprehensive health clearance is provided by your veterinarian. Sanitary Boundaries: Implement a "shoes-off" policy at your entryway to prevent the introduction of external contaminants into the puppy’s living space. Vigilant Interaction: Exercise refined caution when allowing your puppy on elevated furniture or during interactions with other animals to prevent accidental injury.

We provide a rigorous deworming protocol—administered at least three times—and require that you schedule a professional wellness check with your veterinarian immediately upon arrival. Given the delicate nature of the Pomeranian, owners must remain vigilant regarding toy-breed specific concerns, such as hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). We expect our buyers to be well-versed in the monitoring and feeding practices necessary to mitigate these risks. While we take every measure to ensure you receive a puppy of peak vitality, the ongoing health, safety, and nutritional excellence of the dog become the buyer's sacred responsibility once they depart our care.

Deposit Terms:* This field is required.The buyer will forfeit their deposit if they: Fail to contact the seller within 21 days after deposit has been placed. Fail to pickup the puppy on the agreed upon pickup date. In the situation where something happens to the buyers puppy in the sellers care that prevents the puppy from being able to be purchased than the deposit will be transferred to a different puppy or future litter.

Health warranty & Guarantee:* This field is required. (a) The seller is the true and legal owner of the Dog and that Seller has full legal rights and authority to sell the Dog. (b) The Dog is being sold free and clear of any lien, security interest, charge or other encumbrance. (c) Seller guarantees that the Dog is a purebred dog and offspring of the purebred sire and purebred dam. Seller makes no guarantees or warrantees that the Dog will be of any certain size, color or coat quality as breeding is not genetically exact. Buyer agrees to rely upon their own research regarding qualities and size of the breed and acknowledges that the Seller makes no guarantees other than those specifically listed. (d) Buyer agrees and understands that if they select/opt to have the puppy picked up via transport, that the seller cannot and will not warrant against communicable diseases the puppy might be exposed to in transit. Liability for this will fall upon the transporting service. (e) If the Dog fails a health examination done by the buyers vet within 10 days of purchase the buyer must notify Seller within 24 hours of the examination by providing written evidence from the veterinarian which conducted the examination clearly describing the puppy and its condition/diagnosis. The veterinary report provided must clearly state that the puppy was unfit for sale at the time of purchase and the vet MUST send the documentation directly to the seller including the accompanying records. Under these circumstances, buyer’s sole option is to return the Dog to the Seller, and it will be exchanged for Dog from current litter or a refund. Both the Buyer & seller are limited to 1 year from date of this contract to receive/provide replacement or a refund. Under no circumstances will the buyer opt to have the Dog humanely euthanized without first speaking with the seller. Failure by Buyer to have the Dog examined within 10 business days will nullify this health warranty. Failure to provide a written veterinary report will nullify this health warranty. Failure to return the Dog will nullify this health warranty unless otherwise stated by the seller. All medical costs and treatment are the sole responsibility of the Buyer in any circumstance! Buyer shall be responsible for any and all transportation costs associated with the return of the Dog to the Seller. (f) In the unlikely event of the death of the Dog in the first 10 days after purchase the buyer must notify Seller within 24 hours of the fatality by providing written evidence from the veterinarian which conducted the examination clearly describing the puppy & the cause of death. The veterinary report provided must clearly state that the puppy was unfit for sale at the time of purchase and the vet MUST send the documentation directly to the seller including the accompanying records (g) Buyer is responsible for all medical costs associated with the Puppy/Dog. This healthguarantee does NOT cover hypoglycemia, cherry eye, ectropion, allergies, undescended testicles, luxating patella, elongated soft pallet, umbilical hernia, dermatitis, demodectic mange, kennel cough, internal/external parasites, coccidia. The Buyer is responsible for the Dog’s environment, exposure to injury and health, including all costs associated with the same. The seller will NOT replace a Dog or provide a refund due to heat stroke, abuse/neglect, or improper socialization. Buyer agrees that she/he has thoroughly researched the breed of the Dog purchased and understands the health issues that the breed being purchased can possess. This health guarantee covers only the original Buyer and is not transferable. (h) Seller guarantees that the Dog shall be free of congenital defects or any hereditary condition, which adversely affects your Dog’s health for the period of one (1) year from date of birth. If within one (1) year of date of birth of dog, the Dog is found and certified by two (2) duly licensed doctors of veterinary medicine (DVM) of Buyer’s choosing to have a congenital or hereditary condition which adversely affects the health of the Dog, the Seller must notified within five 2 business days of the veterinarian’s determination. In this case Seller will provide Buyer with a replacement dog in the form of a credit for discounted purchase price paid-towards available puppies from the next available litter. Seller will not accept any return of Dog for a monetary refund for any reason—no exceptions. Buyer/are limited to 1 year from date of this contract to receive/provide replacement. All laboratory verificationmust be done by a licensed DVM. (i) To ensure that Buyer does not EVER euthanize the Dog, or take it to an animal shelter, Seller agrees to, and accepts they will return the dog at any time during the Dog’s lifetime should the consideration of rehoming become a topic. Seller will not issue a refundor provide another Dog to Buyer unless Seller at her/his sole option elects to do so.
