  • Welcome to the 2025–2026 Winter Futsal League, Northeast Arkansas's premiere winter futsal experience! Hosted by Premiere Training Academy, this league offers a dynamic, fast-paced indoor environment where players sharpen their footwork, boost their technical skills, and compete in a fun yet structured setting. Whether you're a club team looking to stay sharp in the off-season or a developmental group aiming for growth, this futsal league is built to elevate your game.

     

     

    League Schedule
    Dates: Saturdays only — from December 6, 2025, to February 21, 2026
    Game Times: Between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
    Breaks: No games on December 27 (Christmas break) or February 14 (Valentine’s Day)

    Divisions
    Teams will be grouped by birth year into the following competitive divisions:

    U7–U8
    U9–U10
    U11–U12
    U13–U14
    No high school or adult divisions. Youth-focused competition only.


    Game Format
    Roster Size: Maximum of 10 players per team
    On-Court Play: 4 field players + 1 goalkeeper (5 total on court)
    Match Duration:
    • Two 10-minute halves
    • 3-minute halftime
    Substitutions: Unlimited and “on-the-fly”

    Registration & Fees
    Team Fee: $300
    Early Bird Discount: $275 (Save $25 by registering early before November 1st with code PTAEARLY)
    Important: Team registration only — no individual sign-ups.
    Spots are limited to only 40–50 teams across all divisions, so early registration is highly encouraged to secure your place.

    Rules Overview
    Restarts: Kick-ins only (no throw-ins), 4-second restart limit
    Goalkeeper: 4-second possession limit, no punts or drop kicks
    Fouls:
    • Each team allowed 5 fouls per half
    • After 5 fouls → Opponent is awarded a 10m direct free kick
    Playoff Tiebreaker:
    • 2 x 3-minute overtime periods
    • If still tied → Penalty kicks (3 per side, then sudden death)

     

    Tournament Overview

    The top 8 teams from each Division will make the Tournament

    Team 1 plays team 8= winner advances and plays again that day

    Team 2 Plays Team 7= Winner Advances and plays again that day

    Team 3 Plays Team 6= Winner Advances and plays again that day

    Team 4 plays Team 5= Winner advances and plays again that day

    Ties will result in a PK shoutout

    Regular season tournament placing will be decided by head-to-head match, then point differential, then goals scored, then goals allowed, then highest ranked win, and last resort coin flip

    All regular-season rules apply to tournament play

  • Premiere Training Academy Liability Waiver & Release of Claims for Minors


    This Liability Waiver and Release of Claims (“Waiver”) is made by the undersigned minor participant (“Participant”) and his or her parent or legal guardian (“Parent”) on the date set forth below.
    Premiere Training Academy (“PTA”) is engaged in providing sports training, conditioning, and related activities (the “Activities”). The Participant desires to participate in the Activities offered by PTA and acknowledges that the Activities involve physical exertion and the risk of injury. The Parent represents that the Participant is in good physical condition and is able to participate in the Activities.

    In consideration of the services provided by PTA and the opportunity to participate in the Activities, the Participant and Parent agree as follows:
    Waiver of Liability. The Participant and Parent hereby waives and releases PTA, its owners, managers, instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Participant, or to any property belonging to the Participant, whether caused by the negligence of PTA or otherwise, while participating in the Activities or while on the premises of PTA.
    Assumption of Risk. The Participant and Parent acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with participating in the Activities, including but not limited to the risk of physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, death, or economic loss. The Participant and Parent acknowledges that these risks may be caused by the negligence of PTA or other Participants, or by the Participant’s own actions or inactions.
    Indemnification. The Participant and Parent agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PTA, its owners, managers, instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to the Participant’s participation in the Activities, or the Participant’s breach of this Waiver.
    Medical Treatment. The Participant and Parent hereby consents to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during the Participant’s participation in the Activities. The Participant and Parent agrees to be financially responsible for all costs incurred as a result of such treatment.
    Use of Likeness. The Participant and Parent hereby grants PTA the right to use photographs, videos, audio recordings, and other forms of the Participant’s likeness in connection with the Activities for promotional or advertising purposes.
    Governing Law. This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PTA is located.
    Entire Agreement. This Waiver constitutes the entire agreement between the Participant and Parent, and PTA and supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Waiver.
    Amendment. This Waiver may not be amended except in writing signed by both the Participant and Parent, and PTA.
    Severability. If any provision of this Waiver is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severable from the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
    Voluntary Execution. The Participant and Parent acknowledge that they have carefully read this Waiver, understand its terms, and freely and voluntarily execute it.
