Terms and Conditions of Hire / Waiver

I acknowledge that a $100 bond is required to hire the Lemmy's Cruiser, per bike, which is refundable at time of return dependent on any damage caused to the bike.

I acknowledge that cycling involves inherent risks including falls, collisions, and other hazards. I accept full responsibility for my safety and any and all injury, loss, or damage that may occur while using the bicycle.

Release of Liability

I release and discharge Lemmy's Deli Pty Ltd, its owners, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or demands arising from my use of the hired bicycle, except where prohibited by law.

Damage or Loss

I agree to pay $300 for any damage, theft, or loss of the bicycle or accessories during the hire period.

Helmets and Safety

I understand that wearing a helmet is required under NSW law and that it is my responsibility to comply.

Insurance

I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own insurance coverage. Lemmy's Deli Pty Ltd does not provide personal accident or health insurance.
