Thank you for applying to be part of Richfield Christmas Village! This event takes place on December 5-7, 2025

Event is located at 4174 Wheatley Rd in Richfield, OH

Vendors are required to set up on Friday, December 5, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. Doors open at 5p.m. to the public at 5:00 p.m Your items will be secure and can be left overnight.

Operating hours of Event

Friday, December 5: 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Saturday, December 6: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Sunday, December 7: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Vendor fee is $150 for standard 8x4 space (you can purchase up to 2 spaces if you'd like).

Bring your own tables, chairs, linens and table decoration/setup items. We are encouraging our vendors to dress up in a costume and/or decorate their space in the Christmas spirit! Please make it family friendly.

Tear down will not be permitted before 5 p.m. Sunday, December 7th.
You must list the items you make & sell. Spaces are a first come first serve basis as types of products sold is limited (we want to reduce the number of duplicate products so this can be successful for everyone). We reserve the right to have you take down items that are not listed and/or allowed to be sold. You will receive a copy of this agreement via email. ⁸

Approved for space Only 1 Vendor will be allowed per space applied for. The vendor who signed up & paid the invoice owns that space for the day. More than 1 vendor per space will not be allowed. As stated above only the items applied for will be allowed to be set up in your space. Again, as stated above we reserve the right to have you remove items from your display.

Able to stay duration of event? Early tear down is not allowed. Early tear down is cause for removal from future shows.

Cancellation/No Show - If for some reason you need to cancel, let us know. There are no refunds or moving to another show. NO SHOW - If you no show at an event (this means you are scheduled to be set up & just do not show up with no communication PRIOR to the event) you WILL be removed from all future shows.
