Please Read Before Submitting:

We have a limited number of tables and chairs available. If you request them on this form, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know if we are able to fulfill your request.

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tablecloths, signage, and display materials. BAIVA will not provide table décor or branding items.

All vendors must arrive by 12:00 PM to allow time for setup and must remain until the event ends at 4:00 PM to ensure a complete experience for all attendees.
