  • OneMusic

Gymnastics Australia has negotiated a heavily discounted per club rate for the OneMusic license.

If your Club does not opt into Gymnastics Australia’s OneMusic Licence Program, your Club must hold an alternative OneMusic licence. Use of music in any public spaces (such as waiting areas, reception, training area etc) without an appropriate music license by be a breach of the Federal Copyright Act.

If your Club uses a facility owned/operated by a third party (such as a council owned hall or school gymnasium), OneMusic rights and licenses are non-transferrable to the Club e.g. a club based in a council owned facility are not covered by the council's OneMusic or equivalent license and will need to opt-in for OneMusic or obtain its own music license to avoid the risk of being non-compliant with the Copyright Act.
