I hereby consent to participate in the Community Over Competition Educational Build event ("Event") organized by Impetus Media ("Organizer" I understand that the Event involves participation in hydronic boiler installation activities and that I may be photographed, recorded, or filmed during the Event.
In consideration for being allowed to participate in the Event, I hereby grant permission to the Organizer and its affiliates, partners, and contractors to use, reproduce, and distribute photographs, videos, and audio recordings of me captured during the Event, for the purpose of promotional and educational materials related to the Event and its activities. I understand that these materials may be used in various media, including print, online, social media, and broadcast platforms.
I acknowledge that the Organizer retains all rights to the photographs, videos, and audio recordings, and that I will not receive any compensation for their use. I waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished materials, or the use to which they may be applied.
I understand that my participation in the Event is voluntary and that I have the option to decline being photographed, recorded, or filmed by informing the Event organizers on the day of the Event.
I understand that signing this release form is a mandatory requirement for participating in the Event. Failure to sign this form will result in my inability to participate.
I hereby release and discharge the Organizer, its employees, affiliates, partners, contractors, and all other persons associated with the Event from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorney fees, which may arise out of or in connection with the use of the photographs, videos, or audio recordings.
