    1. This campaign is open to creators residing in India who are 18 years of age or above.
    2. Participants must fill out the registration form available on the Company’s website to apply.
    3. Submitting the form constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
    4. The selection decision of the Company is final and cannot be challenged.
    5. Each approved participant must submit two videos of [●] minute each.
    6. Failure to submit the videos within the specified timeline will result in immediate disqualification.
    7. Upon submission, all ownership rights in the videos shall transfer to Merlin Brands Private Limited.
    8. The Company shall have full rights to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, or display the submitted content in any form and for any purpose.
    9. No monetary compensation will be provided for participation in this campaign.
    10. Participation is voluntary.
