Hey there! Before you begin, here are a few things to note:  

This form is NOT a way to communicate with Christian. If you need to ask a question or need to change a detail of your appointment please email at riebentat2@gmail.com .
Please set aside 10-15 minutes to complete BOTH STEPS IN THEIR ENTIRETY. The quality of your experience depends on this.
UPON SUBMITTING THIS APPOINTMENT REQUEST, YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE ROUTED TO A BOOKING LINK to immediately place yourself in Christian's books. Failure to act quickly might mean that another client could end up with your desired appointment slot!
The best way to be informed regarding last-minute openings is to join Christian's mailing list! CHECK THE BOX AT THE END OF THIS FORM TO JOIN!

1) Secure your spot with a deposit.

This $100 deposit confirms your appointment and acts as a down payment for your tattoo. Please note the following:

Deposits are non-refundable.
Christian reserves the right to terminate appointments or continuation of a tattoo for troublesome clients.
You may reschedule and keep your deposit as long as Christian has 48-hour notice. Please give notice via email at riebentat2@gmail.com. If someone is repeatedly late, that is grounds for Christian canceling an appointment.
Any no-shows, cancellations, etc. will forfeit their deposit, and in some circumstances, pay an additional fee to reschedule.
