Timeline & Scope

After having assessed and approved the brief (requirements, timeline, deadlines, inquiries), please note that our team typically requires 2 to 6 weeks to fulfill requests.

Kindly note that the level of our involvement is at the discretion of the department, depending on scope, strategic priorities, and availability.
Photo/videography Budget & Costs

The Communications department may cover photography and videography costs for smaller requests or when coverage is required for marketing, promotional, or communications purposes.

For major events, the cost of photography/videography should be included in the event or department’s budget, as these services are not covered by the Communications department.

Approximate costs:

Photography: QAR 900/hour (shooting + editing)
Videography: QAR 1,000/hour (shooting + editing)
