Campus Edge Baseball Membership Agreement

This Campus Edge Baseball Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Campus Edge Baseball (“Campus Edge”) and the undersigned client (“Client”), including parent/guardian where applicable.

By completing enrollment, submitting payment information, or signing this Agreement, Client agrees to the following terms:

 

1. Services Provided

Campus Edge Baseball agrees to provide college baseball recruiting advisory services, including but not limited to consultation, evaluation, strategic guidance, video review, and outreach support. Services are advisory in nature and intended to assist the Client in navigating the recruiting process.

 

2. Payment Terms

The total fee for services shall be communicated in the Client’s invoice. Payment in full is due upon receipt of invoice. All payments are non-refundable. No exceptions will be granted, including but not limited to voluntary withdrawal, client participation, changes in Client’s goals, injury, or dissatisfaction with services.

 

3. No Guarantee of Admission or Scholarship

Campus Edge Baseball does not guarantee college recruitment, admission, or the awarding of scholarships. Client acknowledges that results may vary based on individual performance, academic standing, timing, and third-party decisions (including college coaches and institutions).

 

4. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information (academic records, athletic statistics, video footage, etc.) to enable Campus Edge Baseball to perform services effectively. Client is responsible for meeting all academic and athletic eligibility requirements, including compliance with NCAA, NAIA, and other relevant governing bodies. Client acknowledges that personal effort, communication, and adherence to guidance are critical to the recruiting process.

Client agrees to participate actively in the recruiting process, including:

Providing accurate and updated academic and athletic information
Attending scheduled calls
Completing requested tasks or assignments
Maintaining open communication
Sending video, transcripts, and relevant updates in a timely manner
 

5. Limitation of Liability

Campus Edge Baseball shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services rendered. Liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client.

 

6. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of personal, academic, and athletic information, except as reasonably necessary to perform recruiting services (e.g., sharing information with college coaches).

All Campus Edge Baseball materials, including templates, databases, communication scripts, documents, videos, training resources, strategies, and proprietary tools, are the exclusive property of Campus Edge Baseball.

Client agrees not to copy, share, distribute, reproduce, or repurpose any Campus Edge materials or strategies without written permission.

All materials are for the Client’s personal recruiting use only.

Client agrees to allow Campus Edge Baseball to use their name, image, and likeness in marketing and promotional material. This includes but is not limited to college committment announcements and testimonials. 

 

7. Chargeback Waiver

Client agrees not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal for any payments associated with this Agreement.

Any attempted chargeback will constitute a breach of contract and may result in additional fees, legal action, or referral to collections.

 

8. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect for the period agreed to between Campus Edge Baseball and the Client. Campus Edge Baseball may terminate services for breach of these Terms by the Client, including non-payment. Termination does not entitle the Client to a refund.

 

9. Parent/Guardian Consent (For Minors)

If the athlete is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign this Agreement. By signing, the parent/guardian accepts full financial responsibility for all payments and agrees to all terms on behalf of the athlete.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state in which Campus Edge Baseball is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located within that jurisdiction.

11. Acknowledgment & Consent

By signing below, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Agreement. Client affirms they are entering into this Agreement voluntarily and with full understanding of the financial and contractual obligations.
