  • The Ivy Station Night Market happens on the second Friday of each month on the lawn at Ivy Station, an award-winning mixed-use property in Culver City. It features around 30 vendors, food trucks + on-site dining and brewery, an outdoor beer tent, DJ, lawn games, free admission and free underground parking, easy access by Metro, on-site security, and more. This is a dog-friendly and family-friendly event.

  • Thanks for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Ivy Station Night Market.

    What we are looking for:

We are looking to feature makers, artists, artisans, and creative small business owners, generally with product-based businesses.

    What we're not looking for:

We are not currently looking for food trucks or vendors preparing food on site, vendors who have products or services that overlap with Ivy Station tenants (including coffee, beer, fitness studios or trainers, spa services, health & wellness centers, restaurants, hotels, etc.), permanent jewelry, dietary supplements, alcohol, THC products, drug paraphernalia, religious items, products with political messaging, profanity, or offensive imagery, tattoo artists, or MLMs. Products must be appropriate for all audiences. If you represent a service-based business or organization wanting to host an informational booth, it is likely not a fit for this event.

    COST

    • A $65 fee will be charged per 10'x10' space to all vendors participating in the market. Accepted vendors must pay their vendor fee within 72 hours of their invitation being sent in order to secure their spot in the market, or risk forfeiting their spot. A link to submit payment will be included in emails notifying vendors of acceptance into the market.

    • Vendor fees are nonrefundable. In the event of a postponement or cancelation of the market, credits for a future or rescheduled event will be offered and must be used within 4 months of the originally scheduled date.

  • POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

    • After submitting this vendor application, vendors will be notified if they are selected. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the market.

    • Although we would love to work with as many vendors as possible, this is a curated market, with limited spots in each product category. Please understand that due to the volume of submissions received, we cannot get back individually to every vendor who applies, but will contact selected vendors with an invitation to secure their spot in the market, and will notify all other applicants when all spots are filled.

    • Each vendor is responsible for maintaining all applicable licenses, permits, and insurance required to operate their business and comply with local, state, and federal requirements.

    • If a vendor is unable to fulfill their registered and confirmed date, please contact the market organizer ASAP, but no later than 7 days prior to the market so we can attempt to fill your spot and transfer your registration credit to a future event. After this cutoff date, transfers of credit to a future market will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Same day cancelations and no-shows forfeit credit to a future event.

    • Vendor and vendor's entire booth, display, and equipment must fit within their allotted 10'x10' space.

    • Please, no playing of music inside of booths (we will have a DJ), open flames, or any other activity that cannot be contained within your tent space.
