Commercial (i.e. for-profit) businesses and organizations must apply for vendor space, including anyone advertising for such businesses and organizations.
SPACE REQUEST
Each Community table is provided at no cost. The sale of merchandise is prohibited at community tables without prior MNCBA approval.

If you plan to sell anything at your Community table, please include a description of the item(s) for review with your application, or purchase a paid vendor table instead. Please disclose any planned giveaways, raffles, etc.

Each Community table space is approximately 10 feet × 10 feet in size, but due to floorplan arrangement community table space may be slightly less.

Each Community table space will be provided with one 8-foot × 30-inch table, one chair, and one community badge for event entry. Please inform us of any additional badges needed or other requests at the time of application.

For Community exhibitors requesting more than one space, we require an in-person meeting with MNCBA leadership to discuss how you will utilize the space before you can be confirmed. Floor space for each event fills quickly, so you should submit your application as early as possible.

Banners and displays may not be taller than 10 feet high (including the height of the table for tabletop displays) and may not extend into aisles or others' space.

We require names of all individuals asking to be issued Community badges at least two weeks prior to the event, and individuals claiming Community badges should be prepared to show identification at Check-In if requested.

All Community exhibitors accepted to MNCBA SpringCon 2026 will receive an email confirmation from MNCBA leadership. Upon confirmation, you have seven (7) days to acknowledge/reply to the email before your space is offered to the next in line.

Placement on the floor plan, accommodations for disabilities, dietary restrictions for our break/meal area, and any other special requests. We do our best to accommodate all requests when possible. If we have any issues with your request, we will contact you.
LEGAL AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ COMPLETELY AND SIGN
Exhibitors shall at all times protect, indemnify, save, and keep harmless the Minnesota Comic Book Association, its members, volunteers, the MN State Fairgrounds in its entirety, against any and all form of loss, cost damage, liability or expense. Including that which arises out of, or from, or by any reason of or act or omission by retailer/dealer, his employees or agents, SpringCon attendees/participants, MNCBA staff, volunteers, owners, or the staff of the MN State Fairgrounds. All spaces/tables sales are final. Retailers/Vendors may not assign this contract or any right hereunder nor sublet or license any or all portion of its space without the prior written consent of the MNCBA, which consent shall be in the MNCBA's sole discretion. The signing of this form and participation in SpringCon, indicates your full and complete Understanding and 100% acceptance of the stated terms.

Applications must be submitted by 25 April 2026 and confirmed by 1 May 2026 to be eligible for promotion on the MNCBA social media accounts.
