  • Dear Intern Candidate,

    Thank you for your interest in Hillside’s Ministry Internship Program for 2026! We are excited to see who God is inviting to join us in this next season of ministry.

     

    The Hillside 2026 Internship Program is designed to equip future ministry leaders with practical and professional ministry skills so they can impact the world for the Kingdom of God.

     

    What You’ll Do:

    • Gain hands-on ministry training & leadership development
    • Plan and execute engaging events & initiatives
    • Foster deep connections within the church & our community
    • Grow spiritually through discipleship & personal development
    • Live out our mission: Experience God’s Love, Grow in Community, & Serve with Compassion

    This year, we’re offering two internship program opportunities:

    1. Summer Internship – This focused program runs from late May to early August and is designed for those looking to grow and learn during the summer season. It requires a commitment of 25 hours per week, and full attendance is expected, so please check your calendar for availability before applying.

    2. Semester Internship – This internship runs throughout the first semester of the year and requires a flexible commitment of 10–20 hours per week, allowing participants to gain sustained ministry experience while balancing school or work.

    Please take time to carefully review all sections of the application so you have a clear understanding of what’s involved. Fill out each part thoroughly before submitting.

    As a church, we are praying specifically for you, that God would guide you through this process and help us discern whether ministry at Hillside is a fit for you. Our internship program exists to equip and develop leaders who will join in God’s mission for the world, and we’re grateful you’re considering taking that journey with us.
