- By submitting this form it shall be viewable by all Staff Members of Rj Community Management and All Board Members.
- Please be reminded that if the result of the report is to send a violation letter to the offending party, it will not contain any information identifying you as the complainant.
- All reports are reviewed according to the Association’s governing documents. Not all complaints will result in enforcement action.
- This form is not for emergencies. If you witness a crime or safety threat, contact local authorities.
- While the Association will maintain confidentiality whenever possible, complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed if enforcement requires testimony.
