Register to receive event updates, scholarship details, and special opportunities! You can choose among workshops in Session A, Session B, and Session C. Images and recordings may be used by the Atlanta Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and the Eta Omega Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated for promotional, educational, and informational purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, use on websites, social media platforms, newsletters, press releases, printed materials, and other communications. These images and recordings may include your likeness and/or voice. No compensation will be provided for the use of these materials. If you are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete this section on your behalf. If you are completing this form for another participant, you confirm that you are authorized to provide consent.
