If your concern is related to your Win/Loss Record, Time Change, or Incorrect Name Spelling, please visit the Tournament Pairings Page, where you can manually submit a request for an update.

Our team will review and update your stats within 24 hours. Rest assured, your request has been received! There is no need to submit multiple requests.

Important: For a time change to take effect, BOTH opponents must follow the instructions on the screen and complete the required steps.

If your opponent was a no-show, please note that our team has already reviewed the tournament standings, match results, and overall participation.

Advancement decisions are made at our team's discretion to ensure the tournament remains fair and competitive. In some cases, creators may advance based on our review, even if they did not complete their scheduled match.

All advancement decisions are final. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

If you do not see your name on the schedule, please double-check the pairings page for any misspellings or previous usernames.

If your name was accidentally missed or not added, our team will award you an automatic win, and you will be added to the following night's schedule.

If your manager submitted your name at the last minute, you will also be added to the following night's schedule.

Rest assured, you will not be penalized for a scheduling error!
