    1. Promotion Period
    The promotion runs from 1 Feb 2026 to 28 Feb 2026. All eligible invoices must be dated within this period. Redemption submissions will be accepted until 31 March 2026.


    2. Eligibility Criteria
    This promotion is open to licensed plumbers, tradespeople, and authorized account holders who purchase eligible Nero products from participating retailers within Australia during the promotion period.

     
    3. Redemption Tiers & Rewards
    Participants may redeem rewards based on the following purchase criteria:

     $600+ (single invoice) on eligible trade items  1x YETI Rambler® 18oz Straw Bottle (RRP $50) 
     $1,500+ (single invoice) on eligible trade items

     1x Makita Bluetooth Speaker or YETI Cooler (RRP$209–$300)
     $3,000+ (accumulated over promo period)  1x Makita Bluetooth Speaker or YETI Cooler (RRP$209–$300)

    · Limit of 2 redemptions per customer account during promo period for the YETI Cooler and Makita Speaker.
    · Rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted with a product of equal or greater value at Nero’s discretion.

    4. How to Redeem
    Customers must submit proof of purchase (invoice) and contact details via either:
    · The official redemption webpage (QR code on in-store flyer)
    · Or email to: info@nerotapware.com.au
    Redemptions must include:
    · Customer full name
    · Contact number and email
    · Postal address
    · Copy of tax invoice(s)
    · Selected reward preference (where applicable)
     Please note: Each invoice can only be used once for a single redemption. Once an invoice has been used to   redeem a reward, the same amount cannot be reused for other cumulative claims (e.g. $1,000 invoice used  for a Straw Bottle cannot later be reused toward the $3,000 cumulative tier).


    5. Delivery of Rewards
    All rewards will be shipped directly to the customer’s nominated address. Please allow up to 30 business days for delivery.


    6. General Conditions
    · Nero reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and reject submissions that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent.
    · No rewards will be sent to store locations unless specifically requested.
    · This offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
    · Nero reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion at any time due to circumstances  beyond its control.
